Where you’ll be working

Chandler Crossings is a collection of student housing properties in East Lansing, MI. The properties are located near the campus of Michigan State University. We are hiring for multiple positions across the properties.

What you’ll do

The Leasing Professional is responsible for supporting the Leasing & Marketing Director to meet the property’s annual leasing and marketing goals, while also providing a positive community experience to current and prospective residents. This position is responsible for the leasing process from guest card to final lease. The Leasing Professional position offers the opportunity to build and develop a strong professional foundation to launch a career.

What we look for

· High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

· 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience highly preferred.

· Strong communication skills.

· High-energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent customer service.
Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour
